The ADL's annual audit counted 69 antisemitic incidents in Arizona in 2025, down from 122 in 2024 and 163 in 2023. It is still above the pre-October 7 level of 53 in 2022.
The detail that matters: incidents at synagogues and Jewish institutions tripled from 2024 to 2025. Fewer incidents overall, but more of them at the places where Jews gather.
On campus, the ADL's 2026 report card gave ASU an A and the University of Arizona a B. Sarah Kader of ADL Desert Region spoke for the group.
How we reported this: based on the ADL audit as reported by Jewish News of Greater Phoenix. ADL counts are reports, not police statistics, and methods can change between years. Report an incident to [email protected].
