On December 15, 2025, hours after the attack at Bondi Beach in Australia, flyers targeting Jews and police appeared overnight on the Tucson Jewish Community Center campus.
Tucson police described it as antisemitic and anti-law-enforcement hate vandalism and sought a person of interest. A similar flyer had turned up recently at a memorial event.
The response came from Hava Leipzig Holzhauer of Jewish Philanthropies of Southern Arizona, Todd Rockoff of the Tucson J, and security director Chelsea Gutierrez. No arrest has been reported.
